Recovering from Covid-19

“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leads me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul: he leads me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies : thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.”
~Psalm 23 – King James~

Having spent much time in the desert during challenging circumstances in my life, contemplating this particular Psalm has always held a special meaning for me.

Psalm 23 is one of the most incredible writings that has ever been written by King David during a dark and painful time in his life.

The most profound acknowledgment of “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and staff, they comfort me”.

Despite the difficulties that life brings you, a death, hardships, peril, chaos such as the COVID-19 pandemic we need to steady ourselves and make that long, slow painful walk through the “Valley of the shadow of death”.

We might all currently be walking in the valley of COVID-19 right now, feeling the aftermath of illness, death, relationship break ups, loss of income, famine and homelessness, but there is light at the end of the tunnel, we just need to keep our centre and remain grounded.

This is where a Tera-Mai™️ energy treatment is able to help by restoring calmness and ridding us of the fear.
