This fun informative inspirational workshop provides the individual with understanding of the importance energy and its impact on our health. We will be looking at the importance of changing our thoughts, beliefs, posture, breathing and correct positive thinking will assist in re-balancing our energies and in turn our general physical health & wellbeing.
